Privacy at STARAJ Family Games Draft
- We don't ask for accounts, emails or real names. A player name only needs to be a nickname.
- We use no cookies, no advertising and no tracking.
- Some small settings stay in your own browser. Your motion setting and up to 20 family memory cards are never sent to us. To let you rejoin after a drop or reload, phones and the TV keep a seat code that is sent to us only to put you back in the same game, and it ends with the room. If your family joins the monthly board, the TV also keeps a random ID and sends it to us, so we can find your place on the board. That ID doesn't identify anyone.
- Game rooms are deleted when the host ends the game, 5 minutes after a game finishes, after 30 minutes with no activity, or 90 seconds after the TV disconnects.
- Monthly board and challenges. Joining the monthly board or sending a challenge is optional, and only the host can choose it after a game. We then keep your team name, which comes from a fixed list, along with your avatar, your score, your language and the time you played. Challenges also keep the question numbers. We never keep player names, IP addresses or anything players type. The board is deleted on the 1st of every month at 00:00 UTC, which is 03:00 in Saudi Arabia. Challenges are deleted after 30 days. The TV's browser keeps a random ID so it can find your place on the board again.
- Our game doesn't record IP addresses or player names. Our hosting provider may keep standard network logs that include IP addresses, for security and to keep the service running.
- Our servers are in Stockholm, Sweden, outside Saudi Arabia.
- The games are made for families to play together, and children should play with a parent or carer.
